Matheus De Nardo is a Conservation Social Scientist in the Global Science Team at World Wildlife Fund (WWF). His focus is to better understand the linkages between conservation interventions and social outcomes. He specializes in impact assessment and monitoring and evaluation of human well-being and natural resource governance. Matheus is also involved in incorporating technology, such as KoboToolbox, to optimize the data collection, analysis, and reporting cycle of conservation monitoring programs. Before joining WWF, Matheus supported social monitoring research at Conservation International and the U.S. National Park Service. He holds an M.Sc. in Environment and Natural Resources from Ohio State University and has research experience in Indonesia, Peru, Bhutan, and the United States. Matheus is based in Washington, D.C.
